These Terms of Service are an agreement between [Operator legal name] ("Dueqo," "we," or "us") and the person or business using the service ("you"). By creating an account or using Dueqo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Dueqo provides workspace tools for organizing receivables, importing invoices, prioritizing collection actions, drafting reminders with AI assistance, and sending user-approved email through connected providers. We may improve, modify, or temporarily suspend features to operate and secure the service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and ensure each person using your workspace is authorized. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace permissions.

3. Your data and lawful use

You retain your rights in customer, invoice, payment, and correspondence data that you submit. You authorize us to process it to provide the service. You must have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis required to upload customer information and contact recipients. Do not use Dueqo for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

4. AI assistance and user review

AI output is a draft and may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review recipients, facts, tone, and content before sending. Dueqo does not independently send reminders, mark invoices paid, alter balances, make credit decisions, or create legal obligations. You remain responsible for every message you approve and send.

5. Gmail and third-party services

Connecting Gmail or another provider is optional and subject to that provider's terms. You control the requested permissions and may disconnect access. Provider outages, policy changes, delivery failures, and account restrictions are outside Dueqo's control. We do not guarantee delivery or response.

6. Plans, trial, and payment

New workspaces receive a seven-day trial with a limit of three invoices. The trial is intended to validate one complete collection workflow and ends automatically unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plan prices, invoice limits, and billing intervals are shown before checkout. PayPal processes payment details. Taxes, refunds, renewals, cancellations, and failed payments are handled as shown at checkout and in your subscription settings.

7. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe or attack systems, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, abuse provider APIs, or use Dueqo to send unlawful threats, misleading claims, or messages that violate applicable marketing, privacy, or debt-collection laws.

8. Intellectual property

Dueqo, its software, design, documentation, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription or trial. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring your data rights.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal and Google data are handled.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, payment recovery, customer responses, email delivery, or that the service meets every legal or business requirement. You should obtain professional legal, accounting, and compliance advice where appropriate.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dueqo and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.
